KS1 Word List Spelling Worksheets Free Sample

I am in the process of developing a series of spelling activities to aid children in the learning of the National Curriculum Key Stage 1 word list.

I have seen many US ‘sight word’ worksheets of a similar style, but have not found any resources specifically tailored to the UK national curriculum, so I thought I would create these myself. I am releasing a free sample of the booklet in order to see how much demand there is for it, and to gather feedback on what I have done so far.

These worksheets are intended as an additional resource to support children in learning their weekly school spellings, home educated children who do not have weekly spelling tests, pupils who need to practice letter formation and to support older students with gaps in their spelling knowledge.

The contents page in the free sample details all the words that the full, completed booklet will contain.

I also plan to develop Key Stage 2 materials in future (depending on the success/demand of the Key Stage 1 materials).
