A set of staged assessment criteria for each aspect of the KS2 Programme of study, providing comprehensive support to both specialist and non-specialist teachers of primary languages in measuring progression. The criteria are linked to the Languages Ladder and the KS2 Framework for Languages, and include further statements to meet the additional requirements of the National Curriculum. These Assessment Criteria are already in use in classrooms across the country and also form part of the Linguamarque Accreditation Scheme.
