KS3- Applications of Pressure (Higher Ability)

This lesson uses the context of Pacific Rim (Giant Robots) to introduce the topics of hydraulics to a high ability year 8 classes. The lesson has several differentiated tasks with answers. It also uses a starter, progress check and plenary of my own design to focus on the connections between the concepts at the same time modelling to students the functioning of the brain during learning.
