Hi, I purchased this for a staff member at the school I work for, however, she is struggling with a few things: Could you please ask the seller for instructions on how to use it. I have studied the formula. If I enter 'true' a total increments but the columns are not labelled. There are two columns side by side with no label? Before asking you to purchase it I did try to find and contact the seller online but I cant locate him. Please can you ask him to explain what the two columns are for? Is one 'skills' and one 'knowledge'? Please let me know if there's a way in which we can contact you directly.
