This is a Drama scheme of work that is designed for Key Stage 3 Drama students who are working in classrooms to complete whilst sat at a desk. This has been created in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
This pack explores the characters, themes and settings from Harry Potter through the use of still image, thought-tracking, soundscape and Teacher-in-Role. Students also have the opportunity to create their own ideas for a new Harry Potter book and develop skills in costume design.
This pack could also be used as cover work by non-specialists when the regular teacher is absent.

Kayleigh your online/classroom based drama resources have been an absolute life saver for me during the pandemic. Each scheme that you have created is crammed with hours of materials to use in lessons that are fun for the students and super easy to use/adapt. This Harry Potter scheme of work has been very well received by my KS3 students, they love these lessons and they have saved me so much planning time. I have downloaded all of your KS3 schemes and they are all equally brilliant. I will probably be teaching online for the rest of this academic year, so if you're planning on creating any more schemes of work like this, might I suggest 'Ancient Greek' or 'The Greatest Showman'? Fab resource! It has helped me out a lot. The only small thing I would note is the work booklet is a Pdf so cant be used on google classroom etc if you need it for that reason.
Kayleigh, you have seriously saved my sanity with these workbooks and presentations. There are loads of resources that can be adapted both for classroom drama and online learning and they are of excellent quality. More please, a Year7/8 Greek Theatre SOW for online/classroom would be great.
