x2 starter, x2 main, x2 dessert activities.
Students put together a ‘well-being menu’ by choosing one starter, main & dessert each week.
Each activity is set up to focus on their physical and emotional health & are accessible to students working from home.
- Nutritional information starter task to look at the types of food they have at home.
- Home workouts (no equipment required)
- Yoga & meditation dessert tasks
