A workout booklet for KS4 students. This will be helpful with providing students with structure to their fitness lessons in a gym setting. This will be extremely helpful with a class who struggle behaviourally and require the structure to ensure they remain on task. Adding purpose to their training and keeping them engaged for the duration of the module.

This includes:
-Progressive overload tracker (6 weeks). Students can track the weight they are lifting and for how many repetitions. Aiming to increase this each week.
-Health and safety for the gym setting.
-Example workouts, including: push, pull, legs, upper body, boxing fitness, calisthenics and cardio.
