KS4 Starters (Verbs) - Year 9 German

This resource is a series of quick 5 minute starters/‘do now’ activities, practising all things verb related.
We print the PowerPoint as a booklet for students to keep for the year. We print 3 slides per page, giving students space to write their answers/make notes. Students are expected to complete an activity at the start of each lesson and then we quickly go through this with them, checking answers and addressing any gaps in knowledge/misconceptions.
The activities are designed to provide essential retrieval practice and reinforce students’ confidence with key verbs in different tenses and once completed, the booklet can be kept and referred back to in subsequent years.
