These 2 presentations are used as part of a sequence of lessons on the imperfect tense.
It starts with an introduction to the imperfect tense where students are led/guided towards figuring out what the imperfect tense is used for. this always leads to really productive pair or group discussions between students and allows for a less teacher-led approach.
resource 1 then moved on to practice activities with mini white-board, pair work etc…
resource 2 is about putting this into practice within the context of describing what one used to be like when they were little, based on the STUDIO AQA unit.
