Law - Access to justice and funding

The presentation includes an initial discussion/debate about whether using tax payers money for legal aid is a necessity or whether the opportunity cost is too high. There is a link to a video that considers budget cuts in legal aid. The presentation provides an explanation of the various sources of legal advice in civil and criminal law. Additionally there is a summary of the different ways to privately fund a case, such as insurance.
