4 colour worksheets where children look at the pictures on each row and say what they see and work out which picture is the odd one out.
Each page has 4 rows.
Examples are 4 hats but one is a cap, 4 balls but one is a beach ball filled with air.
The activity encourages close observation, speaking and listening and problem solving.
Children may come up with their own ideas of which picture is the odd one out and they can say why.
Children could also cut out the pictures and make sets of 3, discarding the picture that is the odd one out.
