Little Big Horn

Dear Colleague,

This lesson is the twenty second of a set on American West. ; It looks at the Battle of Little Big Horn, and its consequences. It aims to have students matching knowledge on events and answering exam questions.
All lessons are interactive, have a same-model structure to get the students taught in a coherent manner, and always understand where they are at in their learning:

LO 1:To infer on the outcome of the battle.
LO 2: To order the events of the battle in a timeline.
LO 3: To evaluate the commanding ability of Colonel Custer.

All tasks are assessed.
A very straight forward lesson.
The resources are at the end of the Power Point.
I also made a lesson 23 on the battle of Little Big Horn. I made a set on Plain Indians, Settlers and Development of the Plains, Law and Order, Law and Crime, the full unit (24 lessons £7.71).
