This is a whole lesson to support the learning of Blake’s London. The lesson includes ideas about the context of the poem, STUMP (structure, tone, use of language, message and point of view) analysis of the poem and a practice question based on key themes. This is the fourth lesson in this scheme of work. Here students are encouraged to annotate the poems themselves before sharing ideas as a class.
Any audio or audio-visual content used is for education purposes and taken from Youtube to support the study of the poem.
