Macbeth Quiz

This resource is a 50-question ‘Macbeth’ quiz, divided into five rounds. The rounds are: Family Ties, Places, Animals, Scotland and ‘Who said it?’. The questions range from straightforward to difficult and will be ideal for helping students to revise characters, setting, imagery, context and memorable quotes.
The resource consists of:
1. Macbeth Quiz – this consists of five 10-question rounds. The quiz can be run in two ways – you can either call out the questions and have the students fill in the blank answer grids I’ve provided, or you can distribute the handouts I’ve created for each round. For your convenience, I’ve included full answer sheets for each round. These are also on the presentation so that students can correct their own work if necessary. These sheets can also be used as in-class or homework activities.

2. Powerpoint Presentation – includes answers to the fifty questions so that students can correct their own work.
