can't download the modern translation only the original book is being downloaded time and time again.

Hi, it’s a side by side document, so the original appears in the left column and the modern in the right column. Perhaps you need to enable editing once you open it in Word so you can see it in the correct format. If you open it correctly, then you will see what I mean.
