Mothers Day Assembly: Mums Making History

This was a class assembly performed by 5 children (When we performed it, 1 and 2 were confident girls, 3 was a girl with speech difficulties and 4 and 5 were boys) about Mums that have made history. The children researched Anna Jarvis, Marie Curie, Emmeline Pankhurst, Jessica Ennis, Tanni Grey-Thompson and JK Rowling for their homework and I wrote this assembly piece to show the rest of the school what we had been learning about.
