My Future Self

This is a simple exploratory worksheet, designed to provide students with a chance to reflect and think about what they see their ‘future self’ doing.

The workseeht provides prompt questions and space for students to be creative; they can write, draw, collage, vision board or illustrate their answer.

The idea is to help them think more broadly about what their ideal future looks like and start envisioning it. Psychology has shown when we do this, we can feel more motivated towards goal achievement and taking proactive steps to reach that future.
