When I downloaded the analysis, it come out all funny. It doesn’t even work!
I’m really annoyed, want my refund immediately!

Hi, so sorry to hear this has happened to you. If you have downloaded it as a Word document and opened it onto a phone, the formatting will be all over the place. If it’s opened on a computer, it will look as it should.
