This is a fun, engaging, creative and non-threatening intervention which is great for students to explore self esteem strategies.

Sandwich ingredients represent the various strategies to support the student to use self esteem strategies. The following strategies are included: be authentic, eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, good sleep, positive affirmations, list your wins and accomplishments, pamper yourself, favourite music, create a memory box, clean environment, avoid triggers, deep breathing/meditation, set realistic goal and take action and surround yourself with positive people.

Laminate and use white board markers for students to write their own
Self Esteem strategies to create their own unique “Self Esteem” sandwich. This is great for a lunch time individual or group therapy intervention.
