A collection of 5 CONCISE UNITS, each 2 to 3 lessons. Each series of lessons aims to develop pupils understanding of a range of UNSEEN POEMS to develop the skills required for for the Unseen Poetry element of the New English Literature GCSE courses. Each unit offers an in-depth exploration of the poems content, message and purpose (AO1), writer's methods and their effects (AO2) and comparison skills. Including animated annotations of each poem, discussion points, model exam questions and a model responses.
The chosen poems also provide enrichment for the other units of the corse, notably, An Inspector Calls (Modern Texts) and Shakespeare.
