A set of three lessons following ‘Notre planète’ Studio GCSE Higher French Module 8.1. Students are introduced to problems facing the world before going on to study numbers and quantities. Students practice their skills through a range of activities from the book enhanced with support and challenge activities as well as additional slides to explain and practice the grammar, dictation, differentiated translations in to English, a correct the error translation task, match up and a trapdoor activity. The lessons conclude with a role play card task with student friendly criteria and an extended writing task with success criteria to facilitate self/peer assessment.
