After completing my NPQML, I decided to embark on the SL course and what a journey it has been. I have poured my blood, sweat and tears into this document and received some outstanding feedback in regards to both the project and the completed log. A superb course for anyone interested in senior leadership within the education sector.
Included in this package comes all 22 pages of the log with all appendices attached. Within the appendices are my ‘Project Action Plan’, 360 Diagnostic report and SLT and Governors report. All references are also highlighted in the log. Pseudonyms are used for school and individual identities.
All I can say is that I wished I had the opportunity to see an example such as this when I was writing as the IOE provide very little in terms of examples. If you do download, please leave feedback :)
