ILT1 - Anatomy & Physiology - Muscular Skeletal System.
I have designed an Independent Learning Task for each of the OCR A Level PE modules. This not only covers the key content but also has assessment included. This is for the most recent syllabus, and have all been updated in September 2022. Each ILT covers all of the syllabus content, has tasks that can be completed within the classroom environment or as a homework extensions to classwork. Each ILT has current past paper question sections with mark schemes provided. This ILT covers the Anatomy and Physiology module muscular skeletal system. This module covers the muscular and skeletal system, movement analysis, types of muscle contractions and fibre types.
