A reasonable resource which helps to briefly explain organic food production. It is not particularly biased as one reviewer suggests but of course it is only one side of the story which may need balancing with other viewpoints such as intensive food production, GM etc.
A very biased an misinformed piece of literature. Some elements are down right lies, for example the section on Organic Food claims there is a "better eating quality". This is demonstrably false when one looks GM and organic foods from an objective standpoint. Also the conservation section is hugely incorrect in its claims.
