This is a lesson I used based on observing fruits, especially lemons with the children.

Sheet 1 gives 8 examples of how 1 ‘slice of fruit’ can be coloured in different ways.
Sheet 2 is black and white showing the 8 ‘slices’.
Sheet 3 shows 2 large ‘slices’.
This activity can be linked to seasons, with children using e.g.Autumn colours or cold colours for winter.
