PE Assessment for the Primary School

This is the physical education assessment I have developed for use in my school. It assesses and tracks children in the four domains of learning (physical, cognitive, health and social). These are progressive and can be used to aid planning. The assessments cover all areas of physical education (games, gym and dance) as well as some specific areas (tag rugby). The kS1 games physical assessments do not include core skill tracking (balance, agility and co-ordination) These can be found in my multi skills schemes (also available on TES) The Health, mindset and social assessments are designed to be used across all units of work. There are assessments for the whole and class and self assessments for the children to traffic light.
