Originally created as a home based learning lesson this work sheet looks at the different movement types that occur at the joints of the body. The students have to describe what is happening at the joint and then create a HIIT style workout that includes exercises for each of the joint movements.
I gave this to my higher ability year 9 students that were thinking of opting for the IGCSE course next year but it could be used as a GCSE PE or IGCSE PE resource.
