This resource is a “space journal” created to go with the International Primary Curriculum Mission to Mars theme. It covers the following two milepost markers for Milepost 3 of the IPC, but could easily be used for KS2 PE as well:
3.01 Know that the study of PE is concerned with healthy lifestyles and performing a range of movement activities
3.14 Understand how physical activity affects the body
The resource is a PDF booklet with video links to demonstrations of each of the activities, plus a video link to the NASA website to help them answer the quiz at the end.
*NOTE: When I produced this I did it during virtual lessons but it could be adapted to be used in a normal lesson time.
