When I was writing my personal statement for uni applications, I found it so much easier to have structure to my thoughts rather than just write it all straight away. With all the limitations on word count, having such a tight frame to go off definitely made the process a lot quicker and easier!
The 11 slide pdf includes checklists, structure advice, frames for organising thoughts, a ‘do and don’t’ page, phrase suggestions to replace high frequency words and even more.
I recommend following the pdf from start to finish in the order given as it builds specificity as you go on.
