Four full lessons looking at the sacred places for the following Religions:
Hinduism

Islam
Christianity

For each lesson essentially everything you need has been provided here. There are an excellent range of activities for pupils to complete within the lesson along with differentiated learning objectives, activities and outcomes to ensure progress for all pupils. Each lesson contains a good range of information to answer any queries pupils may have, along with a range of images and a video clips to meet different learning needs. Each lesson follows a clear structure with a starter activity to assess pupils prior knowledge, followed by a range of information/reading activities, followed by a main activity and a plenary. Therefore, these lessons have been designed to be used exactly how it has been laid out but can easily be adapted for your classroom needs. There is a strong element of differentiation for each lesson in order to stretch and challenge the higher ability pupils, along with ensuring sufficient level of progress for the lower ability pupils.
