Poetry using similes and adjectives

Four lessons guiding the children to write descriptive poetry about animals using adjectives and similes. The PowerPoint and notes guide you through the lessons. There are worksheets with different levels of ability. The children will complete a class poem about a tiger, an individual poem about a tiger and then individual poems about a different animal.
