Consumer goods company Procter and Gamble (P&G) has stepped up its efforts to secure its talent pipeline for the future, particularly in the North East. PéG was named as the Macro Employer of the Year in the North East final of the National Apprenticeship Awards 2010, in recognition of its innovative Apprenticeship scheme which was developed by a group of financial managers at the company's Global Financial Service Centre in North Tyneside.
