Lesson about programming paradigms (Object Oriented and Procedural Languages). Contains elements of component 1.2.4 (a,b,e) from OCR A-Level Computer Science spec. Lesson has a programming starter, tasks and exam style questions with mark scheme.

Contains explanations of different programming paradigms such as procedural, object orientated, declarative and functional programming. Main focus of lesson is on Procedural and Object Orientated languages. Best done over 2/3 Lessons.

Object orientated programming covers main concepts such as instantiation, getters and setters, encapsulation, polymorphism and inheritance with examples. Also includes a OOP task to help embed the knowledge with examples for the teacher.

Included is a Powerpoint with notes and tasks, exam question and a separate Powerpoint task to help aid progress.
