Chemical and Physical Properties and Changes Activity Card Sorts

This bundle includes two sorting activities for chemistry. The first is classifying properties of matter as either physical or chemical and the second is classifying changes in matter. There are pictures for 12 chemical changes, 12 physical changes, 3 chemical properties (flammability, reactivity, toxicity) and 9 physical properties (conductivity, color, density, luster, magnetism, melting point, odor, solubility, viscosity). Three different sizes of cards are provided to use in a variety of ways. The large cards can be used for science centers or stations while the small ones will fit in interactive notebooks. Use together or separately. Easy to differentiate by changing which cards are used and how they are being sorted.
