RE SMART and PPT “What is the Trinity?” CORE LEARNING Unit of six lessons and resources based on UC Incarnation planning. This unit follows the Incarnation Core Learning UC plans.
Each lesson starts with a sticky knowledge retrieval quiz and vocabulary activity.
Activities include outside water symbolism activity; bible comprehension based on Jesus’ baptism; Holy Trinity art labelling task; creating a class grace; linking paintings to bible quotes on Holy Trinity; Venn diagram poetry lines sorting task; comparison of adult and infant baptism; prioritisation task based on adult and infant baptism features; write a prayer to use at an infant baptism; write the next verse of a song based on the Holy Spirit; design a fridge magnet or memento to celebrate the grace blessing; water, ice, steam Holy Trinity metaphor diagram design; my questions to God; and final art design and explanation of what is understood by the Holy Trinity.

Lessons include videos, group/partner discussion, group tasks, individual tasks and making links to children’s own lives. All resources are included, and there is a printing requirement list for the whole unit. Please note - the SMART and PowerPoint contain the same content, but you need Notebook software to open SMART.
