This resource can be made into a booklet for use with someone following an incident to allow them to communicate their experience, repair relationships and make a plan to move forwards.
This also contains an “I need” sheet which is a variation of the final booklet page “Next time I could…” This can be kept separate and kept handy for people to communicate their needs to reduce risk of incident.
This resource is available in a range of skin tones and uses a dyslexia friendly font.
Idea magpied from (instagram) @sen.classroom and modified to meet the needs of my pupils and include the “I need” page. Modified again for TES to include variety of skin tones.
