This is a page I have used in the classroom and is easy to use for distance learning. There are 10 multiple choice questions where students are asked to take a number in scientific notation (only negative exponents on this page) and convert it to standard form. This would be a page I use after a quick introduction of scientific notation with negative exponents. This is a good way to get kids comfortable with the basics of seeing scientific notation become a very small decimal number. Nothing too complex and a good check-in before moving forward. The kids could attempt it in groups where they are required to discuss their answers and reasons or a big exit ticket to see where everyone is at.

What I have done to make it easy for distance learning is I created a Google Form and listed the problem number along with answers: A, B, C, D. I attach this as a pdf for them to work from. This makes it very easy to grade and is a good workaround since I had trouble figuring out how to put exponents into Google Forms.
