This seating chart in PowerPoint lets you plan seats in a flash! Type students’ names into the boxes once at the start of the year. Then, simply move the boxes in Power Point each time you want to change seats. Color-coding lets you quickly balance the number of girls and boys in each group.
You can print a copy for a substitute teacher.
You can also print a copy (or save it electronically) to help you remember who has already sat together.
You can even display the seating chart on a screen so students can move their own seats. (That’s what I do!)
