Sequence Activity Boom Cards™

Teachers, this is an online interactive activity for your students to practice sequencing of events. This has 32 self-grading sequencing activities. With these Boom Cards™ students can order pictures of everyday events that are randomly shown at different stages of completion (beginning, middle, end). Students can drag each image into box 1, 2, or 3 to show the sequence for each activity. If a wrong answer is performed, students will be instantly cued and able to repeat it until the correct sequence is created. For Year 1, 2, and 3.

The theme of this deck is both general and seasonal. That’s why there are so many cards. However, if you only want seasonal cards or cards for a particular theme, you can find them at Nyla’s Crafty Teaching on the Boom Learning℠ platform. Note that there is no overlap with purchasing this deck and a themed deck. The seasonal cards in this set are totally different to the ones in my seasonal sequencing decks.

To use these Sequence Activity Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for modern Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with “Fast Pins,” (a form of play that gives instant feedback to students for self-grading Boom Cards). For assignment options that report student progress back to you, you will need to purchase a premium account.
