Do you assess small table groups to the WALT, WILF, Success or Assessment Criteria each day? Does your teaching assistant? I made this simple assessment sheet for my teaching assistant so that we could both work to the assessment criteria of the groups we were working with. I have now started using it myself and after the lesson transfer the information to my school’s assessment records ~ which are very similar to the APP records.
