An interactive geogebra applet that models graphically and numerically how the a recursive definition converges towards a root. Change the functions and starting value and generate the sequence with a ‘new iteration’. Show/hide the sequence table and zoom in and out to inspect how the sequence converges. The geogebra applet is attached but if you don’t have it installed then the web link is also attached so you can use the applet in a web browser.
