SMART goals are an acronym that is used to help set goals. The SMART goals formula incorporates all the criteria necessary to help you set goals and focus your priorities into to ensure that you have the best possible chance at achieving your goals!

This mini-lesson includes everything that you need to identify and explore your own SMART Goals. This resource includes:

• Blue Sky Goal Sheet – Identifying and isolating your individual goals that you want to achieve.
• SMART Goals:
  Reflective Questions to support the development of your own goals.
