The greatest day in a school’s sporting calendar, but those results entries are so time consuming! Not with this resource though. Instructions for use:
- Change the Groups in the Overall Standings from ‘1’, ‘2’ etc to the names of tutor groups involved.
- Record results for the various events as shown in the example, by writing student name, time/distance, and their tutor group.
- Highlight the name, time and form in an event to sort according to whether you want the smallest first (runs) or largest first (jumps and throws).
- A rank will be assigned in order of performance, with 20,18,16 pts etc being assigned to each tutor group
- As all events are added, the live standings at the top of the sheet update. Easily see the final positions without time consuming paper searching!
- Duplicate the sheet for different year groups as appropriate.
