All other reviews say good but where is the CD, so where is it? can we have a copy? Has anyone had a response yet about the CD?
I phoned BIS and apparently, although they have has several enquiries this year alone, the DVDs have been unavailable since last October and they have no plans to reintroduce them, which seems a shame.
