This fun (Valentine’s Day Themed) match and sort activity allows students to practice solving systems of linear equations to 26 challenging problems (from A to Z). Students can solve the systems using the most appropriate method.

There is given a pictures with 9 baby animals as each animal is holding a heart. The answers of the 26th systems are written on the hearts. It means that there are problems having the same answer. After students have solved the systems they look for their answers on the picture and match each problem with its answer. Then they sort the systems having the same answer.

Students can work in groups of 2, 3 and/or 4.

Answer keys are included.
