In this resource, I provide an example of a planning document for an observation as part of a teaching interview in the UK. This is the planning I used for my special educational needs teacher job in which I was successful in receiving an offer within a secondary school, however the school follows a primary curriculum therefore the planning reflects a primary school approach.
I have also broken down my planning to demonstrate the reasoning along with ideas how to adjust this document to your own interview observation for teaching - especially understanding the different teaching and assessment strategies for students with special educational needs.
