The Find Out Challenge

This presentation was part of a unit of tutorial activity designed to promote study and research skills in a KS3 tutor group. The activates also has the potential to provide no preparation meaningful activities for a cover lesson. To this end the challenges are all on individual monochrome slides to allow economic printing.
The presentation consists of 20 challenges covering a range of topics . In each challenge the students are presented with a “top and tail” activity which will require some research to complete.
For maximum effect they should be used on an interactive board or large screen display. The whole presentation contains 42 slides with hyperlinks embedded throughout.
