A lesson and examplar to show students how to write epistolary writing. This was first used for a GCSE class, but has been adapted to be used for KS3/EAL learners too.
If you wanted to go further into the interactivity, you could put the districts into a hat or wheel and assign a random district to students (though this requires some knowledge of The Hunger Games).
