This pack is designed to be used with the story ‘The Snowy Day' by Ezra Jack Keats which is a lovely story to share in winter.
The pack includes:
Worksheets- a collection of worksheets about the story such as drawing and writing about their favourite part, writing about the character, writing about different parts in the story, drawing and writing what happens next, question worksheets, sequencing sentences about the story
Writing worksheet- write about what Peter does in the snow and what the children do in the snow
Snow and winter worksheets- a collection of worksheets to make lists of things the children do in the snow, write a story about the snow, design a snowman, sort summer and winter activities and clothes
Sequence pictures- a set of coloured pictures to use when retelling the story
Story worksheets to write about the different parts of the story
Story map worksheets- draw the missing activities that Peter does on the snowy day or draw all of the activities in sequence
A craft activity to cut and make Peter and write on the the sheet
Write about what Peter does in the snow and what the children do- a great way to link themselves to the story
