So I designed the typing template as a “To Do Now” 5–7-minute practice, and a 3-minute progress reflection as well as setting one goal for improvement. Included is a homework template set up for digital literacy career prep quiz.

You can incorporate this activity as an informal participation assessment. The benefit of this is that students turn up on time, and want to improve their grades and performance. I have included an easy, simple marking key that you are able to use if your so wish. I was a real success with low-ability students, boosting their grades, confidence, and their computer literacy skills.
